The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced its intention to make permanent its temporary ruling that allows the Pentagon to use "experimental drugs and vaccines on US troops without their consent", according to the Mesa Tribune of February 10, 1996, p.A6. [See DoD documents here]

Captain Joyce Riley, army reserve nurse, disturbed by sickness and birth defects experienced by Gulf War veterans and their families, has become a one-woman agency for collecting information on Gulf War Syndrome, which the Department of Defense (DoD) denies exists.

Although the war ended before she could be assigned to the war zone, Captain Riley suffered many of the same complaints experienced by 20% of the troops (her estimate) who served there. She attributed her illness to two causes: the inoculations given to all military personnel with or without their consent, and her close association with veterans on flights returning home. In other words, the illness was contagious, as evidenced also by veterans' families, some with offspring born without arms and legs and/or ear canals.

The DoD continues to deny that the illness exists and refuses to treat veterans who suffer from it except to suggest they have psychological problems, for which tranquilizers such as Prozac are prescribed.

There is more to it than poisoning military personnel with inoculations, however. There is strong evidence that our troops were victims of Iraqi germ warfare. Captain Riley seems certain that the Scud and Frog missiles we so triumphantly shot down were packed with as many as 30 poisonous chemicals and biological disease agents that were released when the missiles exploded.

Ironically, these agents were manufactured in Houston, Texas and in Boca Raton, Florida. They were sold to Iraq during the Bush Administration. One of the agents, known as Prussian Blue, had the capacity to destroy the gas mask filters so that our troops were exposed even when wearing full protective gear.
